We are only producing high quality freeze dry specialty coffee. The taste is even more than 90% like the newly brewed coffe at coffee shop. The reason is: 1. Higher quality Coffee Bean: We only chose high quality Arabica Coffee from Ethiopia, Colombian, and Brazil. 2. Flash extraction: We use espresso extraction technology. 3. Long time and low temerature freeze drying: We use freeze drying for 36 hours at -40 degree to make the Coffee powder dry. 4. Individual packing: We use small jar to pack the Coffee powder, 2 gram and good for 180-200 ml coffee drink. It can keep the goods for 2 years. 5. Quick disscove: The freeze dry instant coffee powder can disscolve quickly even in ice water.

FAQ
Q: What is the difference between our goods and usual freeze dried coffe?
A: We use high quality Arabica Specialty Coffee from Ethiopia, Brazil, Colombia, etc.. Other suppliers use Robusta Coffee from Vietnam.
2. Extraction of others is about 30-40%, but our extraction is only 18-20%. We only take the best flavor solid content from the Coffee.
3. They will do the concentration for the liquid coffee after extraction. It will hurt the flavor again. But we do not have any concentration.
4. The freeze drying time of others is much shorter than ours, but the heating temperature is higher than ours. So we can preserve the flavor better.
So we are confident that our freeze dry coffee is about 90% like the newly brewed coffee at Coffee shop. But meantime, as we chose better Coffee bean, extract less, using longer time for freeze drying.
